Hi! I'm Tina McCance
I started my Yoga and healing journey years ago when I began healing my own trauma. I am a licensed Yoga and Meditation teacher, using my knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga I have learned to bring you a community of love and support. My area of focus is in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and healing the unique energy system in the body through Yoga & Breathwork. I use personalized classes with the chakras and breathwork to move through personal pain, whether in the body or emotionally. I wish that when you leave my page you feel like you have the tools to find balance in the body, the home, and the heart. We do that when we work together, openly to heal through each stage of our lives.
I spent my 20s running from my pain, using substances to cope, and movement as a tool of torture. Running myself ragged and never knowing the softer side of my soul. Come along with me to journey through your personal story, using Yoga as the foundation to sustain your health, and longevity, and live the life full of passion you have been craving.
