Regardless of where you are in your Yoga practice, I'm certain private lessons will help you get the most out of your practice. I was more than nervous to take my first in-person Yoga class, and I will come right out and say it, I have felt way out of my comfort zone walking into some Yoga studios. I'm hopeful that our in-person classes can offer you comfort, although I know that for some of us leaving the house to practice in a group setting doesn't feel safe, or is not available because life is busy.
Private lessons offer you the ability to have a 1:1 class designed specifically for your needs. If anxiety asks you to steer clear of group classes, depression calls you to stay home, or chronic pain / post-partum urge you to ask for help, I'm here for that! Allow this Yoga practice to be exactly what you need.
